Occupational Health and Safety Policy

We fully comply with national and international occupational health and safety regulations in all our activities. In this regard, we go beyond legal requirements and adopt best practices.

We regularly monitor and measure our occupational health and safety performance. We identify areas for improvement and continue our improvement efforts with a preventive approach. We involve our employees in occupational health and safety processes, value their opinions, and implement training, suggestion, and reward systems to develop a culture of safety.

We continuously monitor the health status of all our employees and develop protective and preventive health policies. In this way, we aim to minimize health risks and protect the health of our employees.

We prepare emergency response plans for potential accidents and incidents that may occur during mining operations and continuously update these plans. We inform all our employees about these plans and ensure they are prepared through regular training and drills.

We are establishing a Mine Search and Rescue Team equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to participate in search and rescue operations in the field and, when required, nationwide, under the leadership of expert OSH professionals.

We conduct risk assessments for all machinery and equipment used on site and create workflows, maintenance, and usage instructions based on these assessments. We conduct preliminary assessments to ensure the safe use of chemical materials and select the safest materials.

We carry out designated activities in the operational area under the supervision of authorized expert employees using work permit systems. This is an integral part of our safety culture.

We establish road safety procedures to ensure the safe movement of construction machinery and light vehicles on the worksite, and to manage the safe arrival and departure of our employees to and from the site. We ensure these procedures are strictly followed.
