The EIA application file for the Karlık Gold-Silver Mine Project was submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in early December 2024. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report was delivered in July 2025, and the Revised Final Report was submitted for Ministerial approval on October 21. The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization issued a ‘Positive EIA Decision’ on November 11, 2025.
