CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA VIA THE CONTACT FORM

This clarification text has been issued to inform you about the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“the Law”).
WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed to receive your suggestions and complaints via the website as part of the “Company” project. Specifically, we process your data to evaluate your feedback and contact you, if necessary, in accordance with; Article 5/2(ç) of the Personal Data Protection Law, to fulfill our legal obligations regarding information, Article 5/2(e), to establish or protect rights within the scope of the project, and Article 5/2(f), when it is required by our legitimate interests.
HOW DO WE COLLECT AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
We collect your personal data through our digital contact forms on our website after you fill out and submit the contact form. You may contact us to ensure your request is better understood and clarified. We would like to note that the information obtained during these communications may also be processed within the scope specified.
We store your personal data in secure email accounts accessible only to specific authorized personnel, on servers with digital security measures, and in electronic files.
We process your personal data in order to fulfill our legal information obligations under Article 5/2(c) of the Personal Data Protection Law, to establish or protect rights within the scope of the project under Article 5/2(e), and for reasons required by legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f).
IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
The personal data collected may be transferred domestically to our affiliates, group companies, and subsidiaries for the purposes of due to the presence of joint officers and employees domestically, as well as the joint operation of the server and information technology infrastructure. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 8/2(a) and Article 5/2(f) of the Law, based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Pursuant to the Law, you have the following rights:
· To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
· If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding such processing,
· To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
· To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether within the country or abroad,
· To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely,
· To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in the relevant legislation,
· To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be informed of any correction, deletion, or destruction carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation,
· To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
· To request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
You may submit your requests and applications regarding your personal data through one of the following methods:

· By visiting Company in person with a valid identification document,
· By sending a signed application form along with a copy of your identification document to the following address: Kazım Özalp Mahallesi, Hafta Sokak, No: 9, Çankaya, Ankara, or
· By signing your application with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature and sending it to: [email protected].
In accordance with the Circular on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, Website Users must include their first name, last name, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number (if the applicant is a foreign national, their nationality, passport number, or ID number, if available), the address of residence or place of business specified in the notification, the email address specified in the notification (if available), telephone number, fax number, and information regarding the subject of the request.
Users submitting complaints and suggestions must clearly and comprehensively state the matter requested in the application, including explanations regarding the rights they will exercise and the rights they request to exercise, as specified above. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.
While the request must be related to the applicant's personal circumstances, if the request is made on behalf of another person, the applicant must be specifically authorized to do so and this authorization must be documented (power of attorney). In addition, the application must include identity and address information, and documents verifying the identity must be attached to the application. Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of others will not be considered.
Requests submitted without complying with the form and content requirements stipulated by the law and relevant subordinate legislation may not be considered by the Company.
